Mastering Emotional Connection Level 1 Certification

This is the foundation. A must for leaders. Operate at a much higher level very quickly and strengthen the way teams work better together.   • Mastering Emotional Connection Train-the-Trainer Level 1 will provide participants additional practice in working with emotions in a group setting, addressing moments of disconnection that often go undetected or dismissed—and unresolved.
  • Using the map of relationship and specific techniques, Mastering Emotional Connection Train-the-Trainer Level 1 will facilitate exercises and role plays in engaging with emotion, slicing and dicing the skill of restructuring the pattern of interaction to build safer approaches to creating emotional connection between people as they deal with daily hassles and big challenges.
  • In 1 day (immediately following Mastering Emotional Connection Level 1 Certification), you will learn how to conduct the program and acquire the very best practices for how to use the 3-stage process to facilitate emotional connection training.
