Mastering Emotional Connection EmC Certification Level 1

Negative interpersonal emotions are threatening, and we need to resolve relationship problems to feel safe and work well together. When we experience negative interpersonal emotions from another, we are responding to threat. Attachment theory and brain science say that we need to feel safe when we work together. Strong working relations are the key to feeling safe.

  •   Get to the root of conflicts quicker by using the powerful lens of attachment.
  •   Use a structured, on-target, effective roadmap from disaster to emotional connection.
  •   Provide a real, lasting change from advances in attachment science and proven EmC interventions.
  •   Create secure and satisfying connections by targeting the complex dramas that occur, including a break in trust.
  •   Maximize engagement with adaptable interventions for members who are hostile, escalated, withdrawn or shut down.

In this 2-day training, you will learn a process that will take destructive emotions and toxic interactions and transform them into strong working relationships and a positive work environment. Attendees earn 12 HR re-certification credit hours.

Mastering Emotional Connection and Train-the-Trainer Level 1 EmC Certification
