Mastering Emotional Connection EmC Certification Level 1

Negative interactions that get in the way of effective communication and restructure people from working cohesively together. Often, people not aware of how their reactivity triggers negative emotions in others. This is dangerous because destructive behavior can escalate into a toxic work environment. In this 2-day training, you will learn a process that will take destructive emotions and toxic interactions and transform them into strong working relationships and a positive work environment. Attendees earn 12 HR recertification credit hours.

Learning Objectives:

Learn to use a map of relationships with a step-by-step, repeatable process that will allow you to be able to work with emotions in a respectful way by identifying triggers and understanding what people need to feel safe and connected.

Lead bonding conversations – using the Cycle of Interaction worksheet which helps manage disconnections effectively and allows you to become a subject matter expert in the emotional connection process.
