Effective Board and Team Dynamics Through The Process of Emotional Connection

This course provides a comprehensive framework of creating effective board and team dynamics by using the process of Emotional Connection (EmC).  The EmC process is based on the scientific studies of attachment theory and adult bonding as it applies to creating better work environment, enhancing and maintaining engaging performance and improving secure bonds within the team. When members are emotionally connected, they become more innovative, collaborative and productive. The course will offer effective techniques and practical skills in working with emotions, addressing work relationship injuries and a step-by-step process of reconnecting people together. Experiential exercises and current events are included for students to identify the patterns and gain skills in taking a distressed board or team into a more secure connection, achieving organizational objectives and improving the company culture.
